The Salsa Garden

This years collection of seeds has been put together with five of my favourite varieties for a Salsa Garden.
Inside you will find the beginning for a summer of bright flavours.
Varieties in this years collection include:
Cilantro, Santo - A slow bolting cilantro with lots of flavour. You can let some of the plants go to seed for coriander.

Onion, New York Early - An heirloom storage onion. With yellow skin and white flesh this strong onion is full of flavour and lends itself to both raw and cooked dishes.

Pepper, Black Hungarian - Another heirloom, this hot pepper is our most mild variety with fruit coming on black and ripening to a dark red. A nice pepper for a little heat but not too much.

Tomatillo, Dr. Wyches Yellow - This tomatillo come on strong with heavy production so be ready! Sweet an crispy fruit.

Tomato, Red Zebra - A fun and tangy tomato with red on red striping, this variety is great in salsa.
