A newer hot pepper, the Ring Of Fire is an early hot pepper with high yields. Makes excellent hot sauce and has a nice buttery feel to it. Fruit grow 4" long and have a lovely red shine to them. Excellent drying variety. Adds a good kick to ceviche. Be careful though, these are HOT peppers!
