Eggplant - Rosa Bianca

A beautiful big eggplant. This Italian heirloom is a striking purple and white, large round fruit with slight lobes. Meaty in texture and mild in flavour make it very versatile in the kitchen. We use it for everything from parmesan and grilling, to baba ghanoush and stewed eggplant. Plants are large, growing up to 3.5 ft tall. They need staking or cages for best results.
