Herb Garden

This years collection of seeds has been put together with five of my favourite varieties for an Herb Garden.
Inside you will find the beginning for a sweet little herb garden to get you through the summer, and if you have extra for drying, it will get you through the winter too!
Varieties in this years collection include:
Basil, Genovese - A rather traditional basil used widely in sauces, salads, soups, and more. Plants will reach about 2 ft tall and produce large, broad leaves.

Cilantro, Santo - A slow bolting cilantro with lots of flavour. You can let some of the plants go to seed for coriander.

Chives, Onion - A great perennial herb that will come back year after year. Flowers are also edible!

Dill, Bouquet - Another great herb to have on hand, this plant will also self seed and come back year after year in some places. We have a patch the reseeds itself as the farm.

Parsley, Italian Flat Leaf - Nicely flavoured parsley with heavy production.
