Mizuna

Great in containers as well as a cut and come again crop. Mizuna is a Japanese species in the Brassica family. It can be grown as a baby green or left to mature and used as a cooking green. Mature plants will produce large leaf, so be sure to give 8" between plants if you are planning to let it mature. If using strictly for baby greens, sow closely together. Flavour is mild with a slight broccoli flavour when young.
